The Documents module increases the effectiveness and control of the storage and distribution of project documents. TRIARK handles documents that require control of revisions, approval and status. We offer unique functionalities for planning, follow-up, distribution and reporting of technical documents. All files support revision handling, with their history readily available.

Document approval
The Document approval module is utilized for approval of documents through the Web portal. Project participant can subscribe to available information or log in to the Web portal to stay updated.

The Products module is utilized to follow up on logistics and documents for products that are purchased for the project. TRIARK handles FDV, end documentation and technical foundations.

The Activities module is utilized for registration and reporting of status and progress of planned project activities. TRIARK visualizes progress in easy to use dashboards and Gantts.

Tasks
The Tasks module handles unplanned tasks and actions related to the completion of the project, such as deviations, change requests, comments for drawings and HSE-deviations, and minutes from meetings.
Web
The web portal is a place to share information between internal and external agents. Through our unique sharing method, you can easily access and manage your project permissions. Project participants can subscribe to available information.

Distribution
The Distribution module handles the logistics of documents and distribution. In terms of following up and reporting on planned distributions, our functionality is unique. TRIARK can communicate with printers and email software, always maintaining the desired format.
API
The API module facilitates integration between TRIARK and customer systems. The integration module brings together the systems to provide you with a complete solution.
