The Info tab contains the main details for a workflow, including project links, category, status, responsible persons, deadlines, and descriptions. This is the first place you’ll update when setting up or modifying a workflow.

Description
Number
ID for the workflow.
Name
The title or subject of the workflow.
Responsible
The person accountable for ensuring the workflow is completed.
Manager
The person managing the day-to-day tasks within the workflow.
Deadline
The date by which the workflow should be completed.
Description
Additional notes or context for the workflow.
Category
The workflow type, based on your **Workflow Categories** in Standards.
Status
The current state of the workflow (Open, Closed, In Progress, etc.).
Status Description
Optional details about the current status.
💡 Usage Tips
Always set the Category first – it determines available statuses and actions.
Use the Status Description to give more context during reviews.
If the Responsible person changes, update it immediately to keep assignments accurate.

Open the workflow from the main grid.
Fill in the fields you wish to change.
If you are not able to change the fields, remember to check if you enabled write mode (F2). If you are still not able, check admin for premissions.
Save your changes.
❓ FAQ
Q: Can I change the project after creating the workflow? No, once linked to a project, the workflow must remain tied to it.
Q: What happens if I set a deadline in the past? That is not possible.
