If you are setting up users for a new customer, start by adding all relevant contacts to the Person Info Tab.
Once saved, you can proceed to the User Tab to assign system access if needed.
Q: Do I need to fill out all fields?
No, only First Name and Last Name are required.
Q: Can I edit this information later?
Yes, you can update the person's information anytime in the Info tab.
Q: Is this the same as creating a user?
No, this only stores contact data. To give system access, use the User tab after saving.
