There are two types of logs:
- Security Log β Shows system-level changes for each user.
- Session Log β Tracks login activity for monitoring system access.
π Security Log β What Does It Show?
The Security Log records all changes made to a userβs account, such as:
- Role changes (Admin, Standard, Reader)
- When a user is blocked or unblocked
- When 2FA settings are changed
- Changes to module access (CRM, Project, Document, etc.)
Use this log to see who changed what, and when.
π₯οΈ Session Log β Monitoring Login Activity
The Session Log gives an overview of system login sessions:
- Tracks when a user logged in
- Shows if the session was successful or failed
- Displays session start and end times
- Shows IP address information for auditing
This helps you monitor who is currently logged in or review past session history.
