The Person tab allows you to:
- Link specific people to a document
- Define their roles, such as Engineer, Project Manager, or Quality Controller

π±οΈ How to Add a Person
- Open the Document
Navigate to the document you want to assign people to. - Go to the Person Tab
Select the "Person" tab to view current assignments. - Click "+ Person"
Opens the person assignment panel. - Select Person and Role
- Choose a person from the dropdown (they must be registered in CRM).
- Pick a role relevant to the document task (e.g., Engineer, Reviewer, Manager).
- Click "Save and Close"
The person is now connected to the document with the selected role.

- Go to the Person tab
- Find the person in the list
- Click Delete
- Confirm the removal in the popup
