β How to Add a Person to a Project
1οΈβ£ Open the Project
Go to Projects and select the relevant project from the list.
2οΈβ£ Go to the Person Tab
Navigate to the Person tab in the project details view.
3οΈβ£ Click + Person
Opens the Create Person slide-in panel.
4οΈβ£ Fill Out Person Details

Select the person from the list of registered CRM persons.
Person Role
Assign the role for this project (e.g., Engineer, Responsible, Project Manager).
5οΈβ£ Click Save and Close
The person will now appear in the Person List for the project.
ποΈ How to Delete a Person
- In the Person Tab, locate the person you wish to remove.
- Click the Actions icon (three dots) and choose Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Note: Persons linked to workflow steps or other project dependencies cannot be deleted without first removing those links.

In a construction project, you might add:
- Γrjan Storslett Brandstad as Manager
- Later, remove or replace this person if project responsibilities change.

Q: Can I register new persons here?
Yes, if the person exists in CRM > Company Person.
Q: What happens if I delete a person from a project?
They will lose all project-specific assignments but remain in the CRM.
