🎯 Using the Project Picker (Global Filter)

The Project Picker in the top-right corner of the Triark interface allows you to filter the entire system based on selected projects. This feature helps you stay focused on relevant data across your workspace β€” whether you’re reviewing documents, folders, or project-specific users.

πŸ” What It Does

When you select one or more projects using the Project Picker:

  • You only see data linked to those projects throughout the application.
  • This includes modules like:
    • πŸ“ Document
    • πŸ—‚οΈ Explorer
    • πŸ“ Workflow
    • πŸ“¦Product

If, for example, you choose project 00009 and 13270, only content related to those two projects will be visible across the app.

βœ… What It Does Not Affect

Some parts of the system are not tied to specific projects, and will always show the full dataset regardless of the picker selection:

  • CRM Module
    • You’ll still see all companies and contacts.
  • Standards Module
    • Roles, categories and statuses remain visible.
  • Project Module

This ensures that shared resources like contact records or template structures stay consistent and available across all projects.

πŸ“Œ How to Use It

  1. Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click the dropdown that shows your currently active project(s).
  3. Select or deselect one or more projects from the list.
  4. The interface will immediately update and filter project-related views.

πŸ’‘ You can pick multiple projects to view their combined data β€” useful when you're comparing parallel efforts or managing cross-project access.

🧠 Summary

The Project Picker is a simple but powerful way to manage your focus. It enables project-specific navigation and prevents clutter, especially in environments with dozens (or hundreds) of active projects.

Use it to:

  • Reduce visual noise
  • Avoid cross-project mistakes
  • Speed up navigation in document-heavy systems
