Instead, they provide a consistent way to label and organize people based on their function or responsibility.

Roles are stored in Standards so they can be reused across projects, CRM records, and other areas without having to type them manually each time.

βž• Creating a New Person Role

  1. Click + Role at the top of the Person Roles list.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name β†’ Role name (e.g., β€œDocument Controller”).
    • Description β†’ Optional explanation of the role.
  3. Click Save.

✏️ Editing a Person Role

  • Click the edit icon in the β€œActions” column for the desired role.
  • Update the Name or Description as needed.
  • Click Save to apply changes.

🚫 Disabling a Person Role

Once a role has been used, it cannot be deleted. If you no longer want it available, set Active to False to disable it.
