Each segment is a label you can assign to CRM records. These segments are defined in Standards so they can be applied consistently across the system.

βž• Creating a New Segment

  1. Click + Segment at the top of the Segments list.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name β†’ Segment name (e.g., β€œPublic”, β€œPrivate”).
    • Description β†’ Optional explanation of when to use this segment.
    • Sorting β†’ Number to decide the display order in the list.
  3. Click Save and Close.

✏️ Editing a Segment

  • Click the edit icon in the β€œActions” column for the desired segment.
  • Update the Name, Description, or Sorting value.
  • Click Save and Close to apply changes.

🚫 Disabling a Segment

Once a segment has been used in the CRM, it cannot be deleted. If you no longer want to use it, set Active to False to disable it.
