- Customer handovers
- Regulatory submissions
- Collaborating with external partners
- Generating reports

ποΈ What Can You Export or Download?
β οΈ Important: Use Exports Carefully
Once data is exported or downloaded, it is outside of Triark Cloudβs document control system. This means:
- Traceability and access control no longer apply to the exported files
- The original master version remains in Triark, but external copies are no longer managed by the platform
- Use exports only when necessary for handover, collaboration, or reporting
π οΈ Example Use Case: Engineering Project Handover
An engineering team might:
- Export the document list to Excel for project closeout reporting
- Download the final revision files to send to a customer or external partner
- Use exports to provide documentation for certification or compliance checks
