- Open the Product
Click the product in the Product List to open the details view. - Go to the "Document References" Tab
This section shows all current document links for the product. - Click "+ Document Reference"
Opens the document search panel. - Search for the Document
- Enter the document number, name, or status to find the correct document.
- You can filter to narrow the search if needed.
- Select the Document to Link
Click the document you want to add as a reference. - Define Reference Type (Optional)
Choose a Reference Type such as:- Drawing
- Checklist
- Instruction
- Parts List
This helps categorize the reference for clarity, but it’s optional. - Click Save
The document is now linked to the product and will appear in the Document References list.
