The User tab is where you:

  • Create login credentials for a person
  • Set user type (Admin, Standard, Reader)
  • Define what parts of the system they can access
  • Add a phone number for two-factor authentication (optional)
  • Block or unblock user accounts

There are three types of users in Triark:

  • Admin – Full access to all modules, including User Administration
  • Standard – Access depends on the permissions you assign
  • Reader – Can only view information but cannot change anything

  1. Go to the User tab for the person you want to give login access to
  2. Click on + User
  3. Enter their email address (this will be their username)
  4. Choose the User Type
  5. Add a phone number if required for 2FA (optional)
  6. Check the modules they should have access to
  7. Click Save and Close

🚫 Blocking or Unblocking a User

If someone should temporarily lose access:

  • Use the Block User toggle to deactivate their login.
  • To restore access, turn the block off again.

This does not delete the user or remove their information.
