🖱️ How to Create a Folder, WBS Record, or Zone

1️⃣ Open the Project

Go to the Projects module and select your project from the list.

2️⃣ Choose the Tab

• Use Folder Structure for document folders
• Use WBS Structure for project phases
• Use Zone Structure for spatial divisions

3️⃣ Click + Record

The button label depends on the tab but works the same way:

• + Folder Record (Folder Structure)
• + WBS Record (WBS Structure)
• + Zone (Zone Structure)

4️⃣ Fill Out the Form

5️⃣ Click Save

The new record will appear in the list.

🛠️ Imported Structures: Important Note

If you import a standard structure during project creation (from the Standard module), it will copy the structure into the project.

Once imported, the project structure is independent of the original standard.
Editing the project structure does NOT change the standard structure.

This allows you to tailor the structure for the specific project without affecting templates or other projects.

🗑️ How to Delete a Record

• Select the record.
• Click Delete above the grid on the left hand side.
• Confirm the deletion.
