The grid is a matrix:

- Checkbox β Links a category to a specific status
You can nest categories to reflect relationship hierarchies or segment types.

- Click + Category at the top.
- Fill in:
- Name β Category name (e.g., "Prospect").
- Description β Short explanation of the categoryβs purpose.
- Sorting β Number to decide where it appears in the list.
- Press Save and Close.
