The CRM Persons list is a central directory of all contacts registered in your CRM companies.
It provides easy navigation but does not support creating or editing contacts directly.

Each person is typically linked to a company and may also be associated with projects, products, workflows, or other entities throughout Triark Cloud.

You cannot add people directly in the CRM Persons list.
All person entries must be created via the Companies module.

πŸ–±οΈ Steps to Add a Person:

  1. Go to CRM β†’ Companies
  2. Select the company you want to add a person to
  3. Open the Persons tab inside the company details
  4. Click + Person to register a new contact
  5. Fill in the contact's details:
    • Full name
    • Role/Function
    • Phone
    • Email
  6. Click Save
    Once saved, the person will appear both in the company's Persons tab and the CRM Persons list.
