Widgets are small visual components that display key data from your Triark Cloud system. They give you a quick overview of important metricsβright on your dashboard.
Each widget pulls data from modules such as:
- Documents
- Projects
- Revisions
- Statuses
π How Do Widgets Update?
Widgets do not refresh in real-time. They load and update when you enter the dashboard screen or refresh the page.
This ensures:
- Fast load times
- Minimal background system load
- On-demand visibility of the latest data

Widget
What It Shows
New Documents
Counts how many new documents were created today, in the last 7 days, and in the last 30 days.
New Revisions
Displays the number of new document revisions created.
Document Status
Shows how many documents are in each status (e.g., Working, Done, Not Started).
Custom Widgets (If Enabled)
Companies can create additional widgets for projects, products, or workflows via the Widget Library.

- Click + Widget at the top of the Dashboard.
- Open the Widget Library.
- Drag and drop the widgets you need into the dashboard space.
- Arrange the widgets (move and resize them freely).

A document controller might:
- Add the New Documents widget to monitor daily registrations
- Use the Document Status widget to check how many documents are in For Approval
- Check the New Revisions widget to see what was updated since their last login
